If the work has not started, a full refund will be made.
If the authorized work has been started, Manic Marketing LLC may retain an appropriate portion of paid amount.
If after repeated attempts by Manic Marketing LLC to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of the Services, Client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Manic Marketing LLC's requests and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will, at the option of Manic Marketing LLC, be abandoned, whereupon Manic Marketing LLC may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero, and Client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased online or as described in the original Order Form, wherever applicable.
